Program insured mortgage loans. We provide FHA related Legal Opinions.

processing Multifamily and Single Family Asset Management matters such
as Transfers of Physical Assets, obtaining corrections or modfications
of FHA project loan documents, obtaining Certificates of Indebtedness,
Partial Releases of Insured Property, and other administrative
requests. We provide guidance and representation in Compliance
matters.
Housing
Authorities
We provide
guidance and representation on Board Management and Program
Administration. We provide guidance, representation and close RAD
Conversions, Handle Section 8 HAP Contract issues and assist in
responding to Compliance findings. We can assist in resolving issues
related to preparing Declarations of Trust and Use Agreements,
Releases, requests for approval of Affirmative Litigation, contracting
Special Litigation Counsel and approving litigation Settlements.
We also provide Board and Staff training in critical areas of Public
Housing Management and Operations, Conflicts of Interests.
Property Owners
We provide guidance and representation in requests that seek HUD
approval for such matters as Transfers of Physical Assets, Rent
Increases, obtaining a Satisfaction of Mortgage, Releases from
Regulatory Agreements, making requests for program waivers, assist
Owners and Operators in addressing REAC findings, adopting HUD
compliant tenant leases, processing Section 8 Contract Renewals and
Assignments. We assist resolving Program or Property Compliance
issues.
Governmental Entities
We can provide guidance in handling Community Planning and Development
Program matters, prepare agency Certifications, prepare and process
Requests for HUD program waivers as well as providing advice and
representation in Compliance matters.
